You will fall in love with this cottage. It is ideal for 6 people, entirely independent, where everything has been designed and fitted out for your greatest comfort, is spacious with its 160 m2 and its 3000m2 park fully enclosed. It is located in a small, friendly and very quiet hamlet.You can enjoy the countryside while being close to the sea: the seaside resort of Binic offering many activities in season is 8 km away.

The cottage is designed to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends, between walks, culture, sport and relaxation.
Enjoy good times by the fire, after a sauna and a moment of relaxation in the Spa (Jacuzzi) for 6 heated all year round at 36°C.

Your vacation rental, with its harmonious decoration, includes:
- On the ground floor: pleasant living room with its large fireplace, television with numerous French and foreign satellite channels - large dining room - fully equipped integrated kitchen - relaxation area with sauna - bathroom with a walk-in shower - wc .

- Outside: large wooded grounds of 3000m2 - table and garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing - play area for the greatest joy of children (hut, slide, swing, ...) - relaxation side, you there find a very nice spa (jacuzzi) for 6 people.
